Because of technical problems in "Narvesen", "Rīgas satiksme" calls on customers to use other ticket outlets
We hereby inform you that today, on October 11, it will not be possible to reload/to buy e-tickets in "Narvesen" kiosks due to technical problems. At present, everything is being done to solve the problem so that customers could again reload and buy tickets in "Narvesen" outlets, as usually.
Therefore we call on our customers to use other retail outlets to reload/to buy e-tickets, e.g. kiosks of "Plus Punkts", ticket vending machines, public transport terminals, offices of "Latvia Post" in Riga, customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" and other ticket outlets.
